How long will it take to get my order?

In order to be sustainable and avoid waste, I make items to order.  This can take up to four weeks but is normally sooner.  I will provide an update once your items are ready to be shipped.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes I do.  Please use our contact form to discuss your requirements.  I can offer discount cards to agreed limit and refund the difference if an item of lesser value is chosen. No refund will be offered for the total Gift Card amount.  Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Which payment methods do you accept?

I accept Paypal and Bank & credit card payments.

What is your return policy?

I really hope that you love your new item, but if for any reason you don't,  please email me within 7 days of receiving your order for a return confirmation email and return address.  Items should be returned within 7 days of the return confirmation email. 
If your item is faulty, I will refund, repair or replace it - just contact me to discuss. Return postage for faulty items will be reimbursed once the item is received. Please re-use the delivery box/bag to return. 
It is important to note that items are made to order, if you are unhappy for any other reason please contact me to discuss. Unless the item is faulty, you are required to pay the return postage yourself. Please make sure that the item is unused. Once I have the item back, I will process your refund within 14 working days. Any items purchased with gift cards, the refund will be issued onto a new card.   
Any item showing signs of use will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

International Shipping

Due to Covid and the reduction in the number of passenger flights, shipping costs have increased from the UK.  I review shipping costs regularly to ensure they are the cheapest possible.  If you have any questions, please contact me before you place an order.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
